Know what you mean, about the job thing. The last time I did higher duties in my library I lasted 3 weeks into an at least 6 month stint. Sleepless, sick to my stomach, I spent about a 3rd of the 3 weeks on stress leave and going to our EAP shrink. Stuff the money, this was about who I am and I not a boss and I don't do the budget thing well, so thanks but no thanks, their pep talks didn't work, so I completely understand.
