Seems Nickelodeon and Mattel decided that Dora the Explorer needs sexing up.
This shits me, I mean she's about the only positive role model for little girls out there at the moment... whats wrong with being a little dumpy with a pot belly? I mean the girl is multi-lingual and has a monkey for a pet... what more does a girl need? certainly not an iphone when your backpack can talk to you!!!
Why do people feel the need to turn every little girl into a slut? have you had a look in the girls section of any store lately... no wonder I head straight for the boys section of my local op-shop!

Ohhhh i so agree! No wonder teh girls of today are growing up too quick..look what the media subjects them too! Let them be a little girl and enjoy the innocence of a kids life...not how to pimp yourself up like a tart to show off for guys.....anyway guys are sooo overrated!! :)

speaking for a two-year-old Dora Fan too; she's about the nicest role model outthere for little girls (together with Lola (from BBC's Charlie& Lola)) Why oh Why does she need to be sexy? There are enough of those no-brained sexy nimphs on tv already, it's nice to see a normal kid with a talking backpack! Never thought i would be fighting for Dora (: ha ha
Apparently it's never too early to start dieting- I mean taking a keen interest in your appearance. Gah.
